Inauguration of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Clinics at Lotus University in Minya in the Presence of Prominent Leaders
In a new step toward enhancing the role of Lotus University in Minya in providing distinguished medical services to the community, the university witnessed the inauguration of the Clinics of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, representing a significant addition to the university’s educational and medical ecosystem.
This came following the reception by Mr. Nader Youssef Nassim, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Prof. Dr. Gamal El-Din Abu El-Majd, President of the University; and Dr. Hala Montasser, Secretary-General of the University, for Major General Emad Kedwany, Governor of Minya; Ambassador Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work; Prof. Dr. Hossam El-Mallahey, President of Nahda University; Dr. Karim Badr Helmy, Member of the House of Representatives; Dr. Mohamed Ayoub, Vice President of Nahda University for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Dr. Ahmed Mabrouk, Head of the Dentists Syndicate in Minya; alongside an elite group of security and executive leaders.
The educational and service-oriented clinics represent an important addition to the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, as they provide an advanced training environment for the college students. This enables them to apply their knowledge and practical skills under the supervision of faculty members, while simultaneously providing specialized therapeutic services to citizens using the latest medical methods and equipment.
Major General Emad Kedwany, Governor of Minya, emphasized that the opening of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Clinics at Lotus University constitutes a new addition to the educational and medical system in the governorate. He noted that it contributes to preparing qualified medical cadres and elevating the quality of healthcare services provided to citizens, praising the university’s development and expansion across its faculties as well as its educational and medical capabilities.
